Hello, I’m Sonja.

I like adventures, letters, music and food, and my my idea of the perfect Saturday evening consists of sitting around the kitchen table with a few good friends after the other guests have already headed home, sharing leftovers and solving the world’s problems.

Over the past few years I’ve lived in Saint Petersburg, Geneva, Stockholm, Paris and Helsinki. Needless to say, moving around that much has been both a great experience and an incredible mess. However, since the beginning of 2012 I’m back in Paris, and for the moment I’m pretty happy about that. Paris is a magical city, and one of my favourite places in the world.

This blog is an online account of my attempts at finding my way in a (sort of) new place while figuring out what I want to do with my life and learning to take better pictures.
